Wayne, Western Reserve Restaurant Management, Wendy’s of Lorain, CC Restaurant Management, and Great Lakes Restaurant Management in the sale of 113 Wendy’s restaurants. The restaurants were sold as 5 markets: Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Ohio, and Indiana.
