The Cypress Group served as exclusive advisor to Liberty Restaurant Group in the sale of its Burger King restaurants located in Missouri and Illinois.
The buyer, Broadway Restaurant Group, is an existing Burger King franchisee, and already operates restaurants in the Midwest U.S.
