The Cypress Group acted as exclusive advisor to a Confidential Pizza Hut Franchisee, in connection with the sale of its business and real estate operations. The restaurants were acquired by an existing Pizza Hut franchisee.

This transaction represents the third large Pizza Hut deal closed by The Cypress Group in 2022.
