The Cypress Group acted as sell-side exclusive advisor to Hallrich, Inc., one of the longest standing Pizza Hut franchisees in the system, in connection with the sale of its business and real estate operations. The restaurants were acquired by affiliates of Manna, Inc., a new Pizza Hut franchisee.
